Rental Terms and Conditions

Payment Policy

A one night non-refundable deposit and a signed rental agreement and these terms and conditions are due and must be delivered to Park City Crash Pads no more than 10 days from booking date.

For any reservation made within 45 days of the date of arrival, 100% of reservation amount is due at booking and signed rental agreement will need to be received within 24 hours, along with these terms and conditions.

Final deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the initial one night deposit plus a 2% reservation fee. Any additional payments made more than 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded to guest. Reservations cancelled within 45 days or less prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the full amount of the reservation. Unfortunately, there are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or emergencies of any kind.   

Non Refundable Rates: 

If selecting a discounted non-refundable rate, 100% of the amount of the reservation is due at booking.  Rental Agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours, along with these terms and conditions.

Check In/Check Out: 

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later  /  Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. or before.  If the room is not vacated by 10:00 a.m. on departure day, a half to full day charge may be incurred. Complimentary luggage storage is available. Late check-out requests will be accommodated if and when possible.

In most cases, guests will receive check in instructions including a code key to gain entrance to the unit.  The code will not be activated until 4pm the day of check in. In case of early arrival, please contact us and we will try to offer assistance if early arrival is available.

A packet will be left in the unit with information concerning the property, any pre purchased lift tickets or other important information.

Park City Crash Pads reserves the right to make alternate rental arrangements if the booked unit is not available or is unsuitable for reasons beyond our control.

Housekeeping:

Park City Crash Pads does not provide daily housekeeping services.  Stays of over 5 days, will receive a mid week clean and refresh of towels on the 3rd day.  Additional Housekeeping Services may be arranged for an additional fee of $32/hr.

Pet Policy:  

Currently, none of the Park City Crash Pads units are pet friendly.  If a pet is found in a unit, an automatic $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your account and the pet will need to be immediately removed.

General Terms and Conditions: 

Park City Crash Pads is not liable for damage or loss by theft, accident or otherwise to articles or merchandise prior to, during, or after the stay.

Any loud parties that cause a disturbance or are reported to the police will be immediately evicted from the property without any refund of deposit.

All of the Park City Crash Pads properties are non-smoking.  A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the guest account and charged to the credit card on file if any smoking occurs.

Guests must abide by the maximum occupancy rule allowed in the home/unit.

Park City Crash Pads is not responsible for guest’s parking in unauthorized areas and possible towing and impound fees.  Guest will receive a parking pass if required by property.

Park City Crash Pads may enter the home for inspection purposes related to the enforcement of these rules.  Violation of any of these rules will result in a fine of not less than $250.00 (in addition to any applicable cleaning fees) and immediate eviction.

Park City Crash Pads does not guarantee the connectivity of the internet and clarity of the television sets.  Quality varies depending on building and location of unit.

Upon arrival at the Unit, the guest shall inspect the unit and immediately report to Park City Crash Pads any unsafe condition observed within or around the unit.  Failure by the guest to inspect and report as required by this provision shall result in a waiver by guests of all claims for damages or injuries arising out of or related to any unsafe conditions at the property.
